In January - November 2022, 344.9 thousand tons of meat were produced in the Penza Oblast, which is 4.5% more than during the same period of 2021, 35.9 thousand tons of sausage products were produced, which is 78.8% more than last year.
In 2022, the production of vegetable oil increased by 15.6%, the total production amounted to 53.7 thousand tons. The production of compound feeds increased by 6.7% and amounted to 936.3 thousand tons.
The production of butter increased by 3.4% (1.7 thousand tons), the production of cottage cheese increased by 2.7% (5.6 thousand tons).
