In January-August 2023, the growth rate of industrial production of food products in the region exceeded 106%.
The best results were registered in meat processing and meat products (102.7%). In monetary terms, goods worth 37.7 billion rubles were shipped.
The increase in production in the meat industry is facilitated by an increase in the production of ready-made animal feed 111.4%, and in the shipment of goods by 4.9 billion rubles.
There is also an increase in the production of soft drinks (114.8%).
In total, large and medium-sized food industry enterprises shipped 75.2 billion rubles worth of food products in January-August 2023.
