The governor noted that due to the implementation of investment projects, about 150 new jobs will be created in Serdobsk.
"Now 6 companies are located on the territory of advanced development in Serdobsk – these are large enterprises that provide jobs to most of the economically active population of the Serdobsk district. 527 jobs have been created," the head of the region stressed.
"In the near future, two more companies that plan to develop foundry production and processing of crop production will be included in the register," Oleg Melnichenko stated. The first company should fill the existing niche in the production of high-quality cast iron, used in the production of metalworking machines by Stankomashstroy. The plans of the second resident are to build a processing complex, a flour mill and an elevator in Serdobsk."
The governor said that residents have already prepared and sent for approval all the necessary documents.
Oleg Melnichenko also recalled that state support is provided for organizations that are residents of the advanced development territories – the receive tax benefits. Residents are exempt from paying land tax and have the right to lease a land plot without bidding.
