The implementation of national and federal projects for the first 9 months of 2023 was discussed at the headquarters of the government Commission for Regional Development in the Russian Federation.
The meeting was held online by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin. He stated that a lot of work on housing and road construction has been carried out in the regions this year. The assistance of the regions in the restoration of new territories of the country was particularly noted.
"A huge amount of work has been carried out by both the regions and the Ministry of Construction as a coordinator," stressed Marat Khusnullin. We need to continue to work so that we can finish this year effectively and make a start for the next one."
Penza Oblast was named among the leaders in the implementation of the national project "Safe high-quality roads". The total amount of funds allocated in 2023 exceeds 4.9 billion rubles. The project allowed to complete the work on 94 facilities, and over 168 kilometers of highways have been repaired.
Our region also entered the top ten for the implementation of the Incentive program of the Federal Housing project. In 2023, the program finances the construction of 6 engineering and road infrastructure facilities, and the total amount of funding exceeds 998 million rubles.
