One of the primary tasks facing the region is the introduction of unused land into agricultural operation.
It will ensure the maintenance of optimal soil fertility parameters, improve the productivity of agricultural land, and increase agricultural production in the region.
Putting abandoned lands into business is a rather laborious process that requires the use of specialized equipment, complex agronomic technologies, and significant investments.
In 2023, agricultural organizations introduced 13.4 thousand hectares of previously unused arable land in the region.
In 2024, it is planned to additionally introduce 11 thousand hectares of uncultivated arable land, which will ensure an increase in agricultural production in the region.
