Currently, 60 enterprises of the Penza Oblast are involved in the national project "Labor Productivity", where 22 sample processes and 23 projects to increase labor productivity have been created.
More than 1,000 employees of enterprises have received specialized training under the auspices of experts from Federal and Regional Competence Centers. 725 specialists from Penza plants have been trained at the Process Factory training and production site.
More than 70% of participating enterprises have achieved an annual 5% increase in labor productivity over the three years provided for by the national plan.
In 2024, it is planned to:
- to create at least 4 projects to increase labor productivity at enterprises participating in the national project with the help of the created regional infrastructure;
- create at least 2 sample processes at participating enterprises of the national project;
- to train more than 30 employees of participating enterprises in the basic tools of lean manufacturing by certified experts;
- train at least 4 internal lean manufacturing instructors;
- to provide training to more than 150 employees of enterprises participating in the national project and students of professional educational institutions at the Factory site;
- to conduct training for managers and employees of executive bodies and the Government of the Penza Oblast on lean production tools under the auspices of experts from the Federal Competence Center.
