Starting from January 1, 2024, enterprises of the Penza Oblast can receive subsidies withinthe State Program for the Development of Agriculture, approved by a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The funds in the amount of 677.9 million rubles are intended to support priority areas of the agro-industrial complex and the development of small businesses.
The funding will be directed:
- to reimburse part of the cost of sowing elite seeds;
- to reimburse part of the costs of agricultural producers for the payment of the insurance premium accrued under the agricultural insurance contract in the field of crop production;
- to reimburse part of the costs of carrying out a complex of agrotechnological works;
- to support livestock breeding;
- to reimburse part of the costs of agricultural producers for the payment of the insurance premium accrued under the contract of agricultural insurance in the field of animal husbandry;
- to reimburse part of the costs of laying and (or) caring for perennial plantings;
- for the development of family farms and grants from Agroprogress;
- for the development of the material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives;
- to reimburse part of the costs of supporting own milk production.
Based on the conditions of the current regulations, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region must send at least 50% of the allocated funds to agricultural producers by April 1 of this year.
