Governor Discusses Oil Extraction Plant Construction with AGSEN Property CEO

Oleg Melnichenko and Gem Rona Ergin held a meeting at the Governor's House.
The Turkish investor, whose company has been operating in the Penza Oblast since 2010, noted that he closely monitors the socio-economic development of the region.
"You are working very actively," he said to Oleg Melnichenko. "I appreciate what is being done to improve the investment climate in the Penza Oblast."
The Governor stressed that the work of AGSEN Property makes a significant contribution to the development of the region.
"It is especially valuable that you introduce fallow lands into agricultural turnover, as far as I know, you have introduced more than 5.5 thousand hectares," Oleg Melnichenko noted.  The company has built an elevator, more than 300 people work at your enterprises and receive a decent salary."
"It is very encouraging when such companies come to work on Penza land," he added. We are ready to support your activities and your development strategy. I know that your plans are to go further, to build an oil extraction plant in the Tamalinsky district. The government of the Penza Oblast is ready to support you in the implementation of this project."
AGSEN Group of Companies is an agro-industrial holding engaged in crop production, storage and shipment of agricultural products on an elevator complex with a capacity of 150,000 tons in the Penza Oblast. The main areas of the company’s crop production are Belinsky, Nizhnelomovsky, Tamalinsky, and Pachelmsky districts of the Penza Oblast.
