The company was founded in 1965. Today, CNC equipment and machines are manufactured here. Research and development of new samples are also being carried out. The processes are coordinated and developed at four main production facilities and in seven large technology parks. The company's products are widely used in the automotive, aerospace, military industry, mechanical engineering and vocational education system.
In the recent past, China adopted many working approaches from the Soviet machine tool industry. However, during the perestroika period, the machine tool industry in Russia was experiencing difficulties and now, when the critical period has passed, it has progressed a lot. This is due to the support of the state and the efforts of enthusiasts dedicated to their work.
A significant contribution to progress is made by the Penza Oblast, where the machine tool industry was created from scratch less than 20 years ago. There is a factory in the region, whose team has achieved success in the localization and import substitution of components, the development of a product line, and entered promising sales markets. The growth of intra-regional cooperation has created favorable conditions for the formation of Russia's first machine-tool cluster, which has now reached the interregional level.
In addition, industrialists are implementing a project to create a joint production facility in the hi-tech zone of Xianyang.

The goal of creating joint high-tech projects is outlined in a joint statement by the President of the Russian Federation and the Chairman of the People's Republic of China. This is a qualitative expansion of cooperation in the fields of technology and innovation, achievement of a higher level of industrial cooperation, and the formation of new production chains.
Dmitry Peskov said that strategic relations between Russia and China are now at their peak. In less than five years, the trade turnover between the two countries has doubled and by the end of 2023 reached a record $ 240 billion, and in the future this figure may increase to $ 300 billion.
