The development of innovative infrastructure, including a network of business incubators, is a priority area of the region's economic development.
Currently, there are 7 business incubators operating in the Penza Oblast. All of them have high-tech equipment, and qualified staff work there, which is confirmed by the high use of areas (about 90%) and the results of companies' work.
Every year, residents of business incubators make products and provide services worth more than 1 billion rubles. They also created more than 900 new jobs.
In the 1st quarter of 2024, 140 resident companies are located on the business incubator sites, and the amount of tax deductions and insurance premiums exceeded 22 million rubles.
Business incubators in the cities of Kuznetsk, Serdobsk, Kamenka and Penza have free sites for entrepreneurs.
