Damate Group increased its exports to China in the first 9 months of 2024.

Compared to the same period last year, the company doubled the export, sending a total of 8,300 tons of turkey and duck meat to China.

Shipments were made from enterprises based in the Penza and Rostov Oblasts, while 6.3 thousand tons (80% of the total volume) were sent from our region.

Damate Group opened an export business in 2015, and deliveries to China have been underway since 2019.

The Governor noted that interest in Penza products is growing in the People's Republic of China. Last week, as part of the working visit to China, an exhibition was held in Xi'an, which was attended by 11 producers of our region.

"Our Chinese colleagues have expressed their readiness to add Penza-made goods to the range of local stores as early as next year. In addition to turkey exports, we will increase the supply of confectionery, snacks, beverages and milk powder. Let as many people in the world as possible know that Penza products are delicious and healthy," Oleg Melnichenko emphasized.
