The delegation, consisting of representatives from the executive branch, business, and culture, arrived in Brest for a working visit.
On the first day of the visit, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, Pyotr Parkhomchik, and the Deputy Chairman, Mikhail Batsenko. The business program also included a third meeting of the working group on cooperation between Belarus and the Penza Oblast, a presentation of the region's investment, industrial, and cultural potential, as well as the signing of several cooperation agreements.
"Our presidents have set the goal of mutual integration between our countries, and we are committed to fulfilling these goals. We already have many practical developments under way," said Sergey Fedotov.
The trip also includes visits to industrial enterprises, business, sports, and cultural facilities. The Republic of Belarus has significant potential for further trade and economic cooperation and developing partnerships through technological and industrial cooperation.
