A delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan, led by the Deputy Ministers of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, Rustem Gainullov and Rafael Fattakhov, visited Penza. The delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, specialists in rural cooperation development, and leaders from the region’s major processing enterprises.
The meeting between representatives of the two Russian regions took place at the regional government office under the leadership of Nikolai Simonov, Chairman of the Government of Penza Oblast. Other participants included Almaz Khakimov, Deputy Chairman of the Government and Minister of Economic Development and Industry, as well as Eduard Katashov, Aleksandr Degtyaryov, and Vyacheslav Shinyayev, Deputy Ministers of Agriculture.
“The purpose of our visit is to exchange experience between Penza Oblast and the Republic of Tatarstan, to study the best practices in meat and dairy cattle breeding, as well as in the food and processing industries,” said Rustem Gainullov.
The participants discussed avenues for collaboration and shared insights on the development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC).
During their two-day working trip, the delegation will visit a number of facilities, including the dairy farm of Rusmolko in Serdobsky District, Penzenskie Klenovarny, Bekovsky Kooprodukt, Gribnaya Kompaniya, Penzamolinvest, and Ekoprod.
