The award ceremony for the IV All-Russian "Young Industrialist of the Year" prize took place during the INNOPROM-2025 exhibition in Yekaterinburg.
This year, three industrial leaders from Penza Oblast competed for the honor:
Andrey Bartsev (Agromehanika LLC)
Andrey Rozen (Atommash LLC)
Valery Chuikov (Impuls-Atom LLC)
All three secured positions in the Top-200 industrialists selected by RANEPA's expert commission, with Impuls-Atom founder Valery Chuikov receiving the "Young Industrialist of the Year" laureate diploma.
"Penza nominees outperformed 750 candidates from 60 Russian regions, including new territories. RANEPA experts selected only 200 from all applications," noted Roman Tryalin, Minister of Economic Development and Industry of Penza Oblast.
The Penza-based enterprises represent diverse industrial sectors:
Impuls-Atom manufactures mini-computers, civilian drones, and develops electric motors;
Agromehanika specializes in agricultural machinery for soil cultivation;
Atommash produces precision metal components using advanced CNC equipment.
