In Penza Oblast from January to November 2025, the food processing industry shows a growth rate of 101.7% across all producers.
The strongest performance is observed in meat and meat product processing at 105%, with poultry meat production growing at 104.7% and production of products from slaughtered animals and poultry meat at 106.2%. During this period, meat and meat products worth 77.3 billion rubles were shipped.
The increase in meat industry production is supported by growth in prepared animal feed manufacturing, which reached 104.6%, with shipments valued at 9.2 billion rubles.
Overall, large and medium-sized food industry enterprises shipped food products worth 155.9 billion rubles from January to November 2025.
