Three industrial parks are currently operating actively in Penza Oblast: "Otvel" in Bessonovsky District, "Serdobsky Industrial Park 'Master'" in the city of Serdobsk, and the industrial technopark "Soyuz" in Penza.
These sites provide favorable conditions for business development to their residents. In total, 22 enterprises operate across the three industrial zones, creating approximately 400 new jobs, with total invested capital exceeding 670 million rubles.
Participants include not only local entrepreneurs but also federal companies. For example, the "Otvel" industrial park unites ten organizations, with major investment projects including: construction of a multifunctional production-logistics complex for food ingredients, a plant for manufacturing drying equipment, and a distribution center.
Planned investment in these projects amounts to about 3.8 billion rubles. The park remains open to attracting new initiatives: vacant land plots are offered to investors for lease without auctions, with an option for subsequent purchase.

The parks were established as part of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support of Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative."
