Denis Manturov was shown the production process for printed circuit boards and other products.
The enterprise has fully fulfilled its state obligations for technical re-equipment, enabling the implementation of modern high-precision equipment, process automation, and ultimately improving production efficiency and working conditions.
The plant has implemented its own digitalization system for collecting equipment data and analyzing machine performance efficiency.
The next item on the working visit agenda was a tour of home appliance production. The company "SVAR," manufacturing products under the Deluxe, Electronicsdeluxe, and Svar brands, has been operating in Russian and international markets for over 30 years.
Today, the product portfolio includes approximately 300 models of various brand appliances, available in all Russian regions and nine countries worldwide.
The First Deputy Prime Minister and Governor also visited another import-substituting production facility in Penza Oblast. This enterprise manufactures high-tech, knowledge-intensive products, including for nuclear energy and the fuel and energy complex.
With state support, the plant is implementing a long-term technical re-equipment program. This year, the number of robotic production units will be doubled.
