Following the results of 2025, Europe's largest deep turkey processing plant, located in the Nizhnelomovsky District of Penza Oblast, produced over 31 thousand tons of products, an increase of 21% compared to the previous year.
Positive dynamics were shown across all product categories: sausages, hams, air-dried delicacies, and semi-finished products. All products are made exclusively from turkey raised in Penza Oblast.
The deep processing plant has a capacity of 303 tons per day and is equipped with over 500 units of equipment and automated lines from leading global manufacturers.
The plant comprises 5 workshops: for producing ham products, for cooked and air-dried sausage products, and for ready-made semi-finished products. One of the facility's main advantages is its automated product warehouse. This is the first fully automated solution for storage, picking, and shipment in the Russian food industry.
