Seventy-one enterprises in Penza Oblast have already become participants in the federal project "Labor Productivity," which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
Since the beginning of 2026, 30 employees from various companies have undergone productivity improvement training. They practiced their skills at a specialized training facility, the "Process Factory." It is planned that by 2030, lean manufacturing methods will be applied at 40% of enterprises in basic industries and in all social institutions of the Oblast.
For example, the management of a furniture manufacturing enterprise, which is currently actively working to modernize its production lines and increase output, has sought assistance from the Oblastal competence center of Penza Oblast. As part of the national project's objectives, specialists will help the manufacturer reduce downtime and increase output without overloading employees.
