As part of the 29th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, negotiations were held with the management of domestic companies planning to expand production in Penza Oblast, as well as with the president of the Greenwood international trade and exhibition center.
Impulse, a Russian manufacturer of uninterruptible power supply systems for critical infrastructure facilities operating under the brand name "Ermak," has been active in Penza Oblast for nearly 20 years. The company plans to implement an investment project to increase production volumes.
Uniload-Agro, one of Russia's leaders in the use of unmanned aerial systems in agriculture operating under the brand "ROSA," plans to establish assembly of agricultural drones in Penza Oblast. Currently, the company is engaged in field treatment and the production of aerial service modules for the uninterrupted operation of unmanned aerial systems in the region. With the help of agricultural drones, over 30,000 hectares of farmland were treated in 2025.
To implement new investment projects, Penza Oblast is ready to provide the necessary production facilities.
Also, during a business meeting within the framework of SPIEF-2026, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government Almaz Khakimov and the President of the Greenwood Trade and Exhibition Center, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chengtong International Sun Bohui, reached preliminary agreements on the possibility of presenting Penza Oblast's investment proposals at the venue. The region intends to present projects of interest to Chinese partners. These include participation in the production of equipment for the food and furniture industries and the construction of an oil extraction plant.
