The ceremony in the Regional Philharmonic Hall was attended by representatives of the authorities, business, development institutions and activists on March 19th, 2019.

“The main goal of the investment message is to coordinate our efforts in solving complicated regional problems of economic and social sphere development. Every step we take must be transparent and clear for people” – emphasized Ivan Belozertsev.

He noted that 2019 – the year of the Penza region’s anniversary – has become a benchmark of a new age – the age of national projects implementation.

The Head of the Region quoted the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin: “the national projects are designed to surround the person, to achieve a new quality of life for all generations, which can be ensured only provided dynamic development of Russia”.

In the 3 upcoming years the region will receive over 31 billion rubles from budgetary and non-budgetary sources to implement 50 federal projects in the framework of 12 national projects, including 10,5 billion of rubles this year.

It is planned to build two new schools in Arbekovo city district of Penza, to reconstruct the Regional Children’s Hospital named after Filatov, to overhaul the children’s polyclinic of the Serdobsk Inter-district Hospital and to build children’s polyclinics in Nizhny Lomov, Zasechnoe and Penza.

It is also prospected to re-equip the Penza Regional Oncological Clinic with modern medical equipment, to create 10 first-aid and obstetric stations in villages, to overhaul the Community Center in Chaadaevka village, the Michurino Village Cultural and Leisure Center and the Timiryazevo Village Cultural Center in Bashmakovo district.

The reconstruction of Bakuninsky bridge across the Sura river will commence together with motor ways reconstruction in the area of Brigadirsky bridge. City improvement and landscaping will continue. Over 350 million rubles are assigned for these purposes.

“It is a small part of investments in the social sphere in the framework of national projects intended to improve the life quality of our citizens and to unite the synergy of human capital, competitive economy, developed infrastructure and high investment appeal in order to create a new reality” – stated Ivan Belozertsev.
