The Governor instructed to work out a road map of the investment message implementation during a work meeting of the regional government on Monday, March 25th, 2019.

Opening the meeting, the Head of the regional executive power reminded about the investment message announced by him last week. 

“The message did not just include the achieved indices in the economy and social sphere, but set new targets of regional development” – specified Ivan Belozertsev.

“Penza region has great opportunities to implement the investment potential. According to the results of 2018 we are the leaders in investment growth rates among the regions of Volga Federal Districts. As for the Russian Federation in whole, we assume to be in top 20 of Russian regions by this indicator” – he added.

At the same time, the Head of the region emphasized that we shall not stop at what has been accomplished.

“The Penza regional government must make efforts to develop the investment potential” –he pointed out.

Ivan Belozertsev instructed the regional government officials to work out a road map of the investment message implementation by next Wednesday and to brief executing officers.
