The correspondent, in particular, was interested in priority areas of the Development Strategy of the Penza region until 2035.

"We plan to implement the Strategy within the framework of five main directions. The Penza region should develop as a territory of advanced economic growth; a region attractive for business development; the territory of comfortable living; education, science, culture and tourism, and also health and sports development, " - Ivan Belozertsev stated.

"For ourselves, we have formed the main goal - to ensure a stable growth of the people's well-being on the basis of the long-term socioeconomic development of the region," - he added. - The key to economic growth is positive demographic dynamics. Therefore, in the Strategy for the Development of the Region until 2035, we focus not only on the economy, but above all on person. "

The head of the region noted that all five areas of the new strategy are important for the development of the region's potential.

"Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Coordination Council for the implementation of the National Strategy for Children's Action drew attention to the need to develop measures to support maternity and increase fertility," - the governor stressed. - The demographic crisis of the 90s still influences the situation in the country. It is important that in the Russian regions this is understood and conditions are created that would contribute to an increase in the birth rate. "

To these conditions, Ivan Belozertsev attributed the formation of a comfortable living environment, the creation of new jobs, high-quality and affordable medical services, the construction of new schools and kindergartens.

"For people it is important that there is work, housing, provision of educational institutions. Young people create a family when they see good conditions for life, when a young woman has the opportunity to arrange a child in a nursery and to develop herself, " - the governor stated.

At the same time, he stressed that for the implementation of socially significant projects, a corresponding economic resource should be developed.

"The head of each of the Russian regions is struggling to bring investors to its territory,"  - Ivan Belozertsev noted. - In the Penza region, tax privileges for investors are legally accepted, there is a simplified procedure for preparing the documents necessary for business development, close interaction between the government and business on working issues is organized. "

"In the rating of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, which assesses the comfort for business development in the regions of the Russian Federation, the Penza Region has risen to the 21st place in the country for the year, having improved its past indicators by almost 30 points. This is a very worthy result, and work in this direction will continue. We want investors with different financial possibilities working on the Penza land , " - the head of the region summed up.

The governor also talked about the reconstruction of the ambulance station in Penza, where the roofing works were completed, a full range of works on the external engineering support was completed, interior finishing of the premises, floor screeding, electrical installation works, facade insulation and a number of other activities were being completed.

"We plan to put the facility into operation before the end of December, and make a grand opening in January 2018," - he said.
