The head of the region informed the members of the Penza government about new investment projects, during the operational meeting on Monday, December 11, 2017.

"There is no more important task for us from the point of view of economic development than attracting new investments to the Penza region," - the governor addressed to the members of the government.

"This concerns both the expansion of production at already existing sites, and the creation of new enterprises, both an industrial group and agriculture," - he explained.

In the sphere of the agro-industrial complex, the head of the regional executive authority drew attention to the support of a large investment project worth 5 billion rubles in the sphere of dairy farming.

"Last week, we managed to solve the task of acquiring 10 thousand hectares of land and a number of objects from the state corporation Rostek, by Rusmolko. The objects will be rebuilt for agricultural needs, the land needs to help the investor to transfer from an industrial group to an agricultural category, "Ivan Belozertsev stated.

"The project involves the creation of sites for 10 thousand head of cattle, intended mainly for dairy farming. For two years, the company plans to implement this project, " - he said.

The head of the region instructed to supervise the support of this project to the chairman of the regional government Nikolai Simonov. He also recalled the successful completion of the investment project of the GC "Damate" in a number of areas, which allowed to increase production capacity. He instructed to finalize the issue concerning design and construction of treatment facilities in the Nizhnelomovsky district.

In addition, the governor stressed that by June 1, 2018, sites for growing young animals - in the Kuznetsk region and in the village of Arshinovka in the Nizhnelomovsky district - should be put into operation. It was arranged to provide support for the final stage of this investment project.

In addition, Ivan Belozertsev informed about the agreement with the investor about the creation of the deep wood processing in the Penza region.

"Our forests require cleaning, many dry and fallen trees, the forest needs to be put in order, and the material can be sent for deep processing of wood,"- the head of the subject of the Russian Federation said.

"A preliminary agreement on the establishment of such a plant in the Penza region has been achieved. It is necessary to accompany this project in an appropriate way, " - he summed up.
