In the framework of the “Success of each child” federal project the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation announced the results of a call for proposals among legal entities to receive grants in 2019.
According to the results an autonomous non-profit organization of additional education “Quantorium NEL” with their project of a summer engineering school was voted a winner and will receive a grant in the amount of 4,8 million rubles.
In June 2019 “Quantorium” will coordinate the “Quantograd” international project summer school for children over 12 years old.
In the course of the project children will learn about the technologies of the national engineering initiative: current problem areas and ways to settle the objectives faced by the mankind. It is planned that the school participants will be involved in the development of a Moon and an underwater station, as well as a station intended to function in severe climatic conditions.
The summer school is another step to extend opportunities of “Quantorium NEL” in attracting teenagers to new paths of engineering creativity and developing additional education in the region.
