In the year of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Ministry of Education of the Penza Oblast together with the Multifunctional Youth Center of the Penza Oblast and the administration of Penza are implementing a project called "75 Days To Victory: Post 1". The project was proposed by Ivan Belozertsev, the Governor of the Penza Oblast.
Beginning from February 25, the Guard of Honor is to be stationed daily. Not only the best students of cadet and cossack classes and representatives of the junior military movement and the Russian Movement of Schoolchildren, but also all solicitous Penza citizens will take part in the watch.
Aleksandr Voronkov, the Minister of Education of the Penza Oblast, Oleg Kuroyedov, the Chairman of the Penza regional branch of the Russian Movement of Schoolchildren, and representatives of veteran organizations are to keep the first watch along with cadets of school 46 in Penza.
The project "75 Days To Victory: Post 1" is to involve more than 60 educational organizations of the Penza Oblast which is about 3000 people in total.
