This event was made possible within the "Demography" national project, which is a part of the project "Promotion of women's employment - creating conditions for pre-school education for children under three years".
The kindergarten will have 40 toddlers, with four teachers and two assistants taking care of them.
Two groups of children came to the new institution for the first time. Beautiful furniture and new toys in the classroom and bedroom immediately grabbed their attention.
"Our school opened on February 17, 1985. It is symbolic that 35 years later, preschool groups first appeared in the village," Maryam Tachukova, the school's director, says. "The kindergarten has a music and sports hall, a medical office and a walking area. All purchased furniture and equipment meets the SanPiN (sanitary regulations and standards)".
The first organisational meeting was held for parents, where they were introduced to the institution's mode of operation and the conditions for children's adaptation.
"Thank you for taking care of our children! My grandchildren will attend preschool groups. It's very convenient since parents will have time to do other work. And children should be used to communicate and explore the world," Zyaytyunya Islyayeva said.
"My daughter Samira is three years old. Today is the first time I brought a child to the newly opened kindergarten group. I am very happy that the village now gives an opportunity to develop my child," Alfiya Kochetova said.
Note: The total cost of the extension was 42.5 million rubles. Funds were allocated from the federal and regional budgets.
In 2019, as part of the "Demography" national project, 1307 new places in kindergartens were created in the region, with 870 of them for nursery groups due to the purchase of 1 building with 102 places, the construction of 12 buildings and major repairs of 10 premises.
The total funding for the project was 491 million rubles.
The project will continue to be implemented in 2020 with funding of 436.1 million rubles. 380 places will be created, including 240 nursery places due to the construction of 2 kindergartens with 120 places each (Penza, Sputnik); conversion of six groups and renovation of one group into the nursery ones with 140 places.
In 2021 at least 900 new places will be created ensuring 100% availability of pre-school education for children under three years of age.
