On August 25, the Commissioner for human rights in the Penza Oblast, together with members of the Penza Oblast PMC, visited temporary holding facilities of Penza Administration of the RF Ministry of the Internal for a commission survey.
During the visit they inspected the incarceration conditions and food, examined the cells, the facility's premises, the walking yard, and also talked with people held in the facility. Nobody complained to the Commissioner or the PMC.
The visit found that the incarceration conditions in the detention facility met the requirements established by law.
