The Regional Management Centre (RMC) will become a coordination centre for collecting messages, complaints and suggestions from citizens that come from various open sources, primarily the Internet, social networks and messengers, aiming at prompt consideration and decision-making by the authorities.
In addition, the RMC will help systematise the information about the problems of the Penza Oblast, optimise processes using digital platforms and inform residents on the topics of appeals and feedback mechanisms. The basic platform for the Centre was the "Incident Management" system that has been operating in the region for two years.
The Centre's staff will focus on issues that arise in the main areas of socio-economic development of the region: health, education, culture, transport industry, housing and utilities, dealing with MSW and others.
The main task implemented with the help of the Regional Management Centre is to improve the level and quality of feedback from citizens.
"The tasks of the RMC include prompt response to messages and foreseeing similar problems that may arise in the future. Our global aim is to take care of our region's citizens. Today they report a lot about the arising problems and express their opinions, for example, in social networks. The RMC will help "see" this, quickly inform the authorities, who will take people's opinions into account in their work and help solve the problem," says Anton Karpushkin, head of the Regional Management Centre.
The RMC will work closely with the Penza Oblast government and the region's executive authorities, as well as with municipalities.
President Vladimir Putin instructed to have established and put into operation similar Centres in all regions of the Russian Federation by December 1.
