This year it is planned to conclude about three thousand social contracts, more than 600 of which are for the organisation of business activities.
Ivan Belozertsev stressed the need to get citizens informed about all terms and conditions and emphasised the necessity to use a personolised approach when concluding each contract.
"The approach should be as follows – you must check weekly what has been done in each district and by each person," the Governor instructed. "Stay in touch with employers and pay attention to the employment and training of a particular person".
He also gave instructions to conduct additional monitoring of required specialties.
"It is necessary to analyse the situation in each district to retrain people for them to have demanded skills, and to conclude social contracts with them," the Governor said.
