In 2021, 326.5 million rubles will be allocated to implement the programme of Integrated Rural Development in the Penza Oblast. The region has been given 304 million rubles from the federal budget.
This year, the following measures will be implemented in the region to improve the living conditions of citizens: provision of social payments for the construction (purchase) of housing to citizens living in rural areas; construction of residential premises (residential buildings) provided to citizens living in rural areas under a residential lease agreement.
Also, in 2021, it is planned to carry out measures to improve rural areas, arrange engineering infrastructure facilities and improve sites located in rural areas for space-saving housing development.
At the expense of the regional budget, programme measures for the development of water supply and gasification in rural areas will be implemented.
As a result of such implementation, it is planned that 24 families will receive a subsidy for improving housing conditions in 2021. Also it is planned to introduce 7.3 thousand sqm of living space and provide housing to 134 families of agrobusiness workers in Krivosheyevka settlement, Nizhnelomovsky district, and agribusiness workers in Zelyony Dol, Serdobsk district.
At the expense of the regional budget the the construction of a water pipeline will be completed in the Michurinsky Village Council in the village of Michurinsky and Krivozerovka station, Penzensky district, and it is planned to construct a gas pipeline in the village of Russkaya Muromka, Plessky Village Council, Mokshansky district, Penza Oblast.
About 30 projects are planned to be implemented in 2021 aiming at improving rural areas. As part of the arrangement of engineering infrastructure objects and development of sites located in rural areas, it is planned to construct the engineering infrastructure of low-rise housing development for space-saving housing development in the Posyolki village, Kuznetsky district, Penza Oblast.
