As part of the "Housing and Urban Environment" national project, the city of Kuznetsk has been allocated funds from the federal and regional budgets for the construction of a water clarification and deferrization station with a capacity of up to 10,000 m3/day for water intake unit No. 8. The construction of this socially significant facility began last year.
The initial cost of the project was more than 65 million rubles. The bulk of the funds - about 64 million rubles - is to be spent this year.
The construction is carried out by Aquaphor Trading contractor organisation. At the moment, the foundation for the future deferrization station building has been prepared. In addition, sandwich panels were delivered. Today, metal structures were brought to the construction site, and soon they will be installed.
The completion of the second clarification and deferrization station construction will provide proper drinking water to 32,680 people living in 214 apartment buildings and 3,500 private ones. Thus, the problem of the quality of tap water in the city of Kuznetsk will be solved completely.
