Vladimir Kashirsky, artistic director and chief conductor of the Penzakontsert Governor's symphony chapel, was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Penza Oblast.
The solemn ceremony took place in the Round Hall of the government headquaters on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Oleg Melnichenko awarded Vladimir Kashirsky for being involved in creative and educational activities for many years, his recognised talent, professional skills and a great contribution to the development of culture.
"We pay tribute to your merits, express our gratitude for your high professionalism, responsibility and effective activities for the Penza Oblast residents," he said.
The Certificate of Honour of the Penza Oblast was established on the initiative of the acting governor and is awarded for special merits to the region.
