Roman Kalentyev was confirmed as the Penza Oblast Minister of Agriculture and Lyubov Finogeyeva - the region's Minister of Finance.
Pavel Maslov was appointed the Penza Oblast Minister of Internal and Information Policy, Sergey Balakin - Minister of Digital Development, Transport and Communications, and Vasily Lozhkin - Minister of Public Security and Ensuring the Activities of Magistrates in the Penza Oblast.
Almaz Khakimov became the acting head of the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry, and Andrei Kudinov became the Acting Minister of State Property.
Aleksandr Ponyakin has headed the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments and Zufyar Bibarsov - the Department for Archives.
Natalia Klak has been appointed Acting Head of the Department for Tariff Regulation and Energy Conservation.
Oleg Melnichenko noted that the personnel changes take quite a long time and stressed that there will be some more appointments.
"I wish good fruitful work to all those appointed," the governor summed up. "I remind you that appointment to a position without the word "acting" does not mean that you can relax and do nothing. It means that you are trusted and have to meet the expectations of the Penza Oblast residents and mine as the region's governor as well."
