The main competitive procedures and the conclusion of agreements with contractors-executors of construction works under the regional project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" should be completed no later than March 20. Oleg Melnichenko said this during a working meeting in the regional government on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 with the heads of municipal and city districts participating via videoconference.
According to Mikhail Panyukhin, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services and Civil Protection of the Penza Oblast population, 35 municipalities are participating in the implementation of the "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" regional project in 2022, with 61 buildings to be landscaped, including 23 courtyards and 38 public spaces. The total amount of funds allocated from the federal, regional and local budgets for the implementation of these plans in 2022 is more than 362 million rubles.
"Regarding the implementation of national projects – it concerns all heads of city districts and municipalities – keep the implementation under strict personal control," Oleg Melnichenko stressed.
In 2022, as part of the "Clean Water" federal project it is planned to build a main pipeline in the village of Zasechnoye in the Penza Oblast. Work is already underway. About 8,000 residents will be provided with high-quality drinking water.
It is also planned to build a water supply network and a water tower with an intake well in the village of Virga, Nizhnelomovsky district. The RF Ministry of Construction approved of the Penza Oblast's application for a subsidy from the federal budget for the implementation of the project. As a result, 714 people will be provided with high-quality drinking water.
Design and estimate documentation is being developed for four water supply facilities in Nizhny Lomov and the villages of Tatarsky Kanadey, Kuznetsky district, Chaadayevka, Gorodishchensky district, and Chemodanovka, Bessonovsky district.
