The FAS White Book includes examples of the best decisions, programs, and regulatory frameworks adopted by the regions of the Federation and local self-government bodies. The practice of regulatory regulation in the field of contractual relations of the Penza Oblast was presented in the White Book.
Experts noted the work of the Penza Oblast Ministry of Economic Development and Industry to develop practices aimed at advocating competition and reducing the number of violations of antimonopoly legislation by public authorities and local self-government continues.
In 2022, special methodological sections "Customer's School" and "Supplier's School" were implemented on the open website of the regional procurement system, which allow you to familiarize yourself with training materials, and analyze purchases for the needs of the Penza Oblast in real time.
