Representatives of the Penza Oblast won six medals in the core events of the National Championship in Professional Skills among the disabled persons Abilympics, the final event was held in Moscow from October 28 to 31.
Yuri Boltunov (Welding technologies), and Fyodor Levin (Adaptive physical culture) won gold.

Silver medals were won by Pavel Davydov (Welding technologies), Vyacheslav Zaichkin (Assembly and disassembly of electronic equipment), and Varvara Trishina (Database administration).
Aleksandr Kabanin received bronze in the Database administration contest.

Elena Liksina and Sofia Fedyakina took part in the final of the national championship as experts in Database Administration and Photography and Reporting events.
The winners of the national championship will receive certificates granting the right to receive additional professional education or purchase specialized technical means of rehabilitation in the amount of:
1st place - 100 thousand rubles;
2nd place - 75 thousand rubles;
3rd place - 50 thousand rubles.
In 2022, representatives of the Penza Oblast won 21 medals of the National Abilympics Championship: 6 medals in core competencies and 15 medals in additional competencies.
