During an inspection of the children's technopark and a meeting with lecturers of the Penza State University, a member of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs of the RF Federal Assembly and the head of the Penza Oblast discussed the topics of education and intellectual creativity of young people, and evaluated innovative ideas and developments, on Friday, February 3, 2023.
Representatives of the technopark shared their success story. Yuna Timirbayeva, one of the mentors, said that NEL was visited by representatives of many regions of Russia and 9 countries of the world. They took part in the implementation of the large-scale Arctic project.
"We are proud of this project, it is recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation as the best practice," explained Yuna Timirbayeva. "Our plans are to take part in the forum, which will be held in Uzbekistan."
The senator proposed to develop the idea by including the technology for the construction of a railway that could work in permafrost conditions.
Grigory Rapota and Oleg Melnichenko were shown a modern model of a special heater-stove. Such heaters are already used in practice, have already proven themselves well in the field, working autonomously in the absence of electricity. They produce heat for almost twice as long as existing analogues.
The governor drew attention to the fact that those heaters are being sent to the zone of the special military operation.
"We made diesel–fueled stoves that are comfortable, mobile, light, and have good heat transfer," Oleg Melnichenko said.
"We are sending them to our fighters," the governor added.
The senator positively assessed the developments of young Penza residents, offered to help them get new contacts for the sale of products, including in the regions of the Far North.
NEL students presented projects in the field of industrial design, information technology and biology. One of the most impressive scientific discoveries is the chemical composition of hemostatic powder, which allows you to avoid large blood loss in cases when medical care is delayed.
Grigory Rapota and Oleg Melnichenko held a meeting with the staff at Penza State University. They discussed the topics of international relations, the development of science, student education, and patriotic intellectual development.
