In Moscow, the State Academic Maly Theater hosted a solemn ceremony of awarding participants of the All-Russian campaign #КультураДонорству #КультурныйКодДонора.
The campaign was held in order to promote traditional spiritual and moral values through the development of gratuitous regular blood and bone marrow donation.
More than 200 thousand people from 60 regions of Russia took part in the campaign. Penza Regional Clinical Blood Center took an active part in the All-Russian event.
"Penza has implemented a system of measures to involve donors in the cultural life of the region, and the preservation and popularization of cultural heritage. New formats have been developed to attract citizens to donation," said Tatyana Krylova, Chief physician of the Penza Regional Clinical Blood Center.  
The projects of the Penza Regional Clinical Blood Center "Donation Begins with Culture", "Friendship Bridge», and "Focus – Donation" are recognized as one of the best regional practices.  The Penza Blood Service was also awarded a special prize of the All-Russian campaign for an integrated approach, scale and professionalism in the implementation of initiatives in the field of blood and bone marrow donation. In addition to diplomas, the winners received prizes - figurines in the form of a firebird, a symbol of the action.
Also, a communication platform was organized in the RF Civic Chamber. The head of the regional Blood Service, Tatyana Krylova, made a presentation on the holding of the #КультураДонорству #КультурныйКодДонора campaign in the region. Based on the results of the site's work, it can be concluded that the theme of the Year of Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia has opened a new direction in the work on motivating citizens to donate blood and bone marrow. Such events are a good opportunity to exchange best practices in the field of blood and bone marrow donation development.
