From April 8, 2023, the project "Corporate Tourism" will start in the Penza Oblast. It is designed to organize leisure time for labor collectives.
Corporate tourism as a phenomenon originated when employees of large companies began to independently organize trips with colleagues within their region. With the development of the tourism industry, corporate tours have increasingly become organized by professionals. In Penza, this will be done at the Center for Cultural Development "House of Officers" and the Tourist Information Center (tel. 8 8412 59-45-12).
"There are corporate tours in Russian regions that include visits to other cities, but there are no projects designed to attract people to local sights. And we decided that it would be nice if residents of our region and employees of companies learned more about their native land. Moreover, corporate tourism has not only educational value, but also helps team building," commented Ildar Mavlyudov, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Penza Oblast.
Employees of the Risan construction company will be the first to go on an organized trip. On April 8 they will visit the Nikolsky district.
"Risan Company is building beautiful landscaped territories. When we develop, we understand that we need to know our homeland. We did a survey in the company and realized that not all employees and their children know about local sights. Therefore, we dedicated the year 2023 to this purpose. We want to visit all corners of our region. Families and their children will learn about our region, countrymen, culture, and history. To date, we have registered more than 300 people," said Sergey Lisovol, General Director of the Risan construction group.
Currently, corporate clients can choose the following one-day trips:
1. Penza – Nikolsk – Erzya village of Karamaly (Nikolsky district) – Penza
2. Penza – Narovchat – Skanovo – Penza
3. Penza – Belinsky – Poim – Penza
4. Penza – Radishchevo (Tikhvin Fair) – Ablyazovo – Penza
5. Penza – Kuvaka – Belaya Gora (Museum of Tatar life) – Penza
6. Penza – Serdobsk – Kurakino – Penza
7. Penza – Yeluzan – Penza
8. Penza – Ramzai (Sculpture Park "Legend") – Mokshan – Penza
Trips to major regional events included in the Regional Calendar of Events will also be offered.
