The Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District (VFD) summed up the results of the implementation of public projects in the VFD in 2023.
Public projects are a system of activities for the comprehensive development and support of children and youth. It contains 14 projects in 5 directions. Among them are the youth forum "iVolga", the Yunarmy military-patriotic training camp "Guardsman", the festival of street art creativity "Form Art", the sports and tourist camp "Turiada", and the festival of children's and youth theater groups "Theatrical Volga Region".
The Penza Oblast took 2nd place in the final ranking of regions of the Volga Federal District in 2023. It was noted that this is the result of the joint work of active youth, mentors and teachers in charge of ministries and departments.
For reference: According to the results of the Yunarmy military-patriotic training camp "Guardsman", implemented in the Penza Oblast, the Penza team took  2nd team place. Penza search team took the Grand Prix of the district competition of search teams "No one is forgotten!". "Heroes of the Fatherland" became the best military-patriotic club "Pennant" took 2nd place. In the district stage of the competition "Successful family of the Volga region", which was held in Cheboksary, the Alaukhov – Gavryushin family received the second prize. The Penza Oblast became the leader in the number of grants received at the youth forum of the Volga Federal District.
