The Penza Oblast can be interesting for St. Petersburg residents for resort treatment in "Khoprovskie Zory", "Nadezhda", and "Birch Grove" facilities.
"A year ago, direct flights between Penza and St. Petersburg were opened, and the flight time is about two hours.
