The Human Resources Center "Work of Russia" organized a regional stage of the All-Russian employment fair in every municipality of the region. The events were held in the Penza Oblast on Friday, April 12.
Residents of the Penza Oblast were presented with about 1,800 vacancies for employment in enterprises of the military-industrial complex, public utilities, light, heavy and food industries, the armed forces, trade and services, transport and communications, construction, and culture and social sphere. In total, the regional stage brought together more than 150 representatives of various sectors of the economy.
Guests of the employment fair were invited not only to get acquainted with the options for employment, the employers also prepared a program aimed at developing the skills of self-presentation and positioning themselves as a professional for more effective employment.
"Today, every sector of the economy needs personnel. But the issue is particularly acute for manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare and trade enterprises. For the second year in a row, the Employment Fair provides an excellent opportunity for representatives of various sectors of the economy to meet with applicants and talk about their advantages and social guarantees," said Nikolai Simonov, Chairman of the Government of the Penza Oblast.
We remind you that this year the All-Russian Employment Fair will end with the federal stage, which will be held in Penza on June 28.
