Due to the national project "Healthcare", air ambulance operation scheduled for 2024 was resumed in the Penza Oblast.
"27 million rubles have been allocated for the provision of emergency specialized medical care using an aircraft for 2024," said Vladimir Atyakshev, chief physician of the Penza Regional Ambulance Station.
Starting from September 2, the intensive care physician of the Penza Regional Ambulance Station performed 2 evacuations of patients with acute cardiac pathology to the Clinical Hospital No. 6 by helicopter.
So, on Wednesday, September 4, the hospital's helipad saw a patient from Nizhny Lomov. A 62-year-old man was taken to the hospital for diagnostic coronary angiography. Based on the results of the study, further treatment will be determined.
Starting in 2020, within the national Healthcare project, specialists of the Penza Regional Ambulance Station use the ANSAT helicopter for emergency evacuation of patients.
The ANSAT helicopter is equipped with a medical module. This is a Russian-made light-engine aircraft. It has everything you need to provide emergency medical care during the flight: a device for monitoring blood pressure, heart rate, a ventilator with an oxygen tank, etc.
In total, in 2024, it is planned to use 117.4 flight hours for the evacuation of patients by air ambulance.
