According to the quarterly performance rating compiled by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, following the results of the 2nd quarter of this year, the Penza Oblast confirmed the high level of efficiency of the My Documents multifunctional centers and maintained its leading position among the regions of the Russian Federation.
The rating is not only an incentive to improve the centers efficiency, but also acts as an integral tool for managing a network of offices throughout the country. Regular assessment helps to increase the level of satisfaction of citizens and the effectiveness of the system.
"Our region boasts highly efficient multifunctional centers, once again proving a professional approach to work," said Almaz Khakimov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Industry of the Penza Oblast. "We will continue to develop the regional network of My Documents centers in the future, i. e., to improve the provision of existing services, and introduce new services."
The Penza network of My Documents centers includes 33 offices in urban and municipal districts of the region.
In the second quarter of this year, more than 750 thousand requests from citizens were processed in the centers, which is a 4% increase compared to the same period last year.
