In total, 171 centers of digital, humanitarian, natural science and technological education "Progress Point" are functioning in the region today in educational organizations of 27 municipal districts.
In September 2024, 72 centers were opened in secondary schools in rural areas and small towns within the federal project "Modern School" of the national project "Education". 159 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets for the implementation.
Modern equipment has been supplied to educational institutions. These are digital laboratories in physics, chemistry, and biology; laptops, multifunctional devices, microscopes, kits for the construction of industrial robotic systems and programmable robotic platforms, and more. Thus, the equipment has been updated in schools to develop modern technological, humanitarian, digital and natural science skills among students.
"Progress Point" centers are aimed at improving conditions in general education organizations located in rural areas and small towns, as well as expanding the opportunities for students to master academic subjects and programs of additional education in natural science and technology, practical development of educational material on modern equipment and advanced training of teaching staff.
