The Penza Oblast Governor's working trip to new regions of the Russian Federation continues.

Oleg Melnichenko visited the Karansky Quarry in the Telmanovsky district of the DPR, where production was revived and new jobs were created with the support of the Mostovik Penza company. The head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin called the enterprise in the urban-type settlement of Mirnoye foundational.

Production equipment is constantly upgraded to increase volumes and improve product quality.

The products of Karansky Quarry LLC are fully compliant with GOST requirements and are used for the construction of highways and building projects in the restoration of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

"Karansky Quarry's products are of high quality and are used in road and housing construction. I was told that there is a new residential building being constructed in Mirny – the first one since the beginning of the 90s, " the governor stated. – It is clear that Russia has come: roads, bridges, and socially significant objects are being restored."

By the end of the year, it is also planned to restore the railway line leading to the Karansky Quarry. The launch of railway transportation will make it possible to deliver high-quality crushed stone to the Penza Oblast for use in road construction.

The company has a full technological complex: from the extraction of granite to processing at crushing and sorting complexes. In 2024, a plant was purchased by the company from the Chinese state-of-the-art producer of mining and crushing equipment. The new plant is able to produce up to 6 fractions of crushed stone at the same time.

Karansky Quarry is a resident of the free economic zone and the largest taxpayer of the Donetsk People's Republic. The company employs 243 specialists. The quarry owns more than 40 modern specialized vehicles. Since the restoration of production at the enterprise, the average salary of employees has increased by 120%.
