Oleg Melnichenko and Anton Glushkov met at the government of the Penza Oblast.

The President of the National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) arrived in Penza to attend a conference of open-source projects in the construction sector operating within the National Association, organized with the support of federal and regional authorities. The main topic was personnel issues in the construction industry, generalization and dissemination of experience on the participation of construction enterprises and organizations of secondary vocational education in the federal project "Professional education".

"It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Penza land, where an important event is taking place today, which brought together people from different regions of the country: representatives of the professional community, business and education," Oleg Melnichenko addressed Anton Glushkov. I am sure that the discussion will give an impetus to the further development of the construction industry. This industry is strong, showing decent results even in difficult conditions."

Anton Glushkov stressed that the construction industry development directly depends on the economic conditions of the region.

"We need to maintain the current pace. The results are very good in the region, you are ahead of other regions of the Volga Federal District," Anton Glushkov stated. The Penza Oblast has a huge advantage: it is self-sufficient in the construction sector, there are local construction companies, and the production of building materials is established. We manage to build social facilities: schools, kindergartens, and clinics. Bona fide contractors can only enter into the construction of such important facilities if they have established constructive relationships with the authorities. The Penza Oblast does it well."

It has been operating since 2009 and unites more than 100,000 companies involved in housing, civil, and industrial construction, as well as reconstruction, major repairs, and demolition of buildings.

With the assistance of its regional self-regulatory organizations, NOSTROY has formed a register of bona fide manufacturers and suppliers of construction materials. This register accumulates information about reliable and honest producers of building materials.
