Senezh Management Workshop summed up the results of the fourth season of the professional contest "Flagships of Education" among managers in the field of education and teachers. The project is implemented within the federal project "Social Mobility for Everyone" and the national project "Education" with the support of the RF Ministry of Education.
Nine participants became the winners of the Contest, Associate Professor of PSU Olga Loginova.
In 2024, more than 32 thousand teachers and education managers were admitted to the remote stage of the competition, more than 2.5 thousand participants continued the contest in full-time format in each region of the country. As a result, some participants received invitations to the final in the Senezh Management Workshop.
The federal government is actively involved in the education development. President Vladimir Putin has identified the national project "Education" as one of the key directions of this large-scale path. During its implementation, a modern infrastructure has been created: educational institutions are being opened; kindergartens, schools and colleges are being renovated. Motivated personnel with innovative views and approaches are needed to work in those institutions. Such specialists are able to integrate new technologies and techniques into the educational process as efficiently as possible, ensuring a high level of learning and development of students.
The project "Flagships of Education" is aimed at identifying and supporting such leaders in the field of education. It provides managers and teachers with unique opportunities for professional growth, exchange of experience and implementation of best practices. Participation in the project opens the way to self-improvement, allowing you to develop skills and broaden knowledge.
