As part of the Russian Federation's national program “Digital Economy,” the transition to providing state and municipal services electronically is underway.
One of the key aspects of modern government management is the provision of state (municipal) services in electronic form. This is not just a trend, but a necessity driven by the desire to increase the efficiency and accessibility of services for citizens.
Electronic services radically simplify the interaction between government institutions and the population. They ensure transparency in processes and reduce the time spent on paperwork.
In 2024, 133,063 electronic applications for various services were submitted through the Unified and Regional State Services Portals, a 52% increase over 2023 (87,739 applications).
The transition to electronic state and municipal services will continue under the new national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of Government.”
